people +- ~% exist at any given period. |

However, there are ambient variables which enforce
the inhibitions or promote the freedom of many of
the nasty people to expose their true nature. As
the ambient variables fluctuate due to economic,
cultural, and threatening forces, so does the
percentage of the nasty people feel empowered to
assert itself to inflict pain and suffering upon
others. |

Therefore, today there is an absolute number -- and
a relatively high percentage -- of nasty people out
lurking, empowered, and inflicting pain and
suffering upon others. |

This may be easily observed
while driving, while shopping,
observing personal
interactions depicted in the news, and in global
events. |
